Home-owners must be willing to appear on the show, and we prefer family homes that are owner occupied (no foreclosures or short sales).
Property Requirements
- traditional sale (no short sales, foreclosures)
- owner occupied
- currently listed and not selling
HGTV will lend you their experienced team of professionals to paint, plant re-cover, de-clutter and get that property SOLD!
Filming is scheduled for February and March. Homeowners are a major part of the show and will appear on camera.
Contact me ASAP if you have a home that has been on the market for at least 30 days (For Sale By Owner), or was listed on the market within the past several months, and then withdrawn when it did not sell.
